Performance; Shredding/Grating
Carrots: Very Good
The DCWS created fine (L) and medium (R) shredded carrots with excellent consistency, but was docked slightly for leaving above-average waste.
Soft Cheese: Very good
The reversible shredding disc produced very good fine and medium shredded cheese, although there was a fair amount of powdered cheese produced.
Potato: Very Good
Shredded potatoes were very good but the Cuisinart tended to produce a fair amount of moisture.
