The Cuisinart had excellent pulse control and the ability to perform large chopping jobs in either the large 16 cup or medium 13 cup bowl.
Chopping: Mini Bowl
Onions, Garlic, Ginger: Excellent
The Cuisinart's great pulse control coupled with the rounded walls of its mini bowl helped circulate ingredients and create an even mixture. No ingredients were transferred to the larger bowls.
